According to information from DPR JCCC monitors, Ukrainian militants engaged populated localities of the Republic eight times over the past 24 hours, DPR PMD official representative Dmitry Astrakhan said on December 18.
On the Gorlovka front, the 59th and 92nd brigades engaged Dolomitnoye and Shirokaya Balka with 120mm mortars, heavy machine guns and small arms.
On the Donetsk front, the 56th and 28th AFU brigades engaged Aleksandrovka, the village of Trudovskaya Mine in Petrovsky District of Donetsk and the environs of the airport by using various types of grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms.
On the Mariupol front, militants from the 10th brigade engaged Sakhanka with 82mm mortars, man-portable recoilless guns and heavy machine guns. Information on the scale of destruction of the civil infrastructure and casualties among the civilian population is being specified.
Data on the cases of attacks on populated localities has been sent to representatives of the international organizations stationed in the Republic, as well as to the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office for the initiation of criminal cases against AFU brigade commanders who give orders to attack the territory of the Republic: Shapovalov, Marchenko, Ivanov, Zubanich and Kokorev.
