The People’s Militia of the Donetsk People’s Republic continues to undertake activities to modernize and introduce improved models of military equipment to the DPR People’s Militia units.
At present, the testing of the innovative Unified system for comprehensive protection of the Republic’s facilities from the enemy fire damage with the code name “Mantiya-ARP” (hereinafter referred to as the ESKZO [USCPF] has been completed.
The comprehensive protection consists in the organizational and technical construction and interaction of complexes and control centers for artillery, electronic suppression and air defense.
The successful launch of the system was facilitated by the adoption and introduction into the state’s air defense system of the Triton and Terricon-M2N electronic suppression systems created by the Republic’s specialists, which enables to block the control channels of the enemy unmanned aerial vehicles, preventing their being used for reconnaissance and bomb strikes on the territory of the Republic.
As part of the USCPF creation, specialists of our Republic have modernized the OSA-AK(M) anti-aircraft missile systems captured in defective condition during the battles for the independence of our Republic in 2014, which made it possible to ensure the operation of the air defense systems as part of the USCPF, as well as interface data exchange protocols between air defense systems and electronic warfare.
