Over the past 24 hours, the armed formations of Ukraine five times engaged the areas of Republic populated localities, spokesman for the DPR People’s Militia Rinat Aygistov reported on February 1.
- “On the Gorlovka front, militants from the 59th brigade shelled Dolomitnoye with 120mm mortars, having fired twelve shells.
- On the Donetsk front, the 92nd and 56th brigades using various types of grenade launcher, heavy machine guns and small arms engaged Vasilyevka and the Donetsk airport.
- On the Mariupol front, the forces of the 128th and 10th brigades using 82mm mortars and grenade launchers engaged Sakhanka and Petrovskoye.
