According to information from representatives of the Lugansk People’s Republic to the JCCC, the armed formations of Ukraine engaged the territory of the Republic once over the past day, trying to provoke response from the LPR People’s Militia military, the LPR PM’s press service reported on February 5.
On the Slavyanoserbsk front, militants of the 93rd AFU separate mechanized brigade, on the orders of war criminal Bryzhinsky, engaged Golubovskoye with 120mm mortars prohibited by the Minsk Agreements, having fired eight shells.
“The armed formations of Ukraine take advantage of the ceasefire to deploy military equipment and reinforce their positions near populated localities. In the residential area of Novotoshkovskoye, the 93rd AFU separate mechanized brigade deployed an armored combat vehicle. In Zolotoye, militants of the 72nd brigade deployed two armored combat vehicles. On the outskirts of Stanitsa Luganskaya, our intelligence spotted two armored personnel carriers and an infantry fighting vehicle belonging to the 46th separate assault airborne brigade.
In the vicinity of Novotoshkovskoye, an engineer unit from the 93rd brigade is reinforcing their new positions. Bryzhinsky’s subordinates planted over 100 antitank mines near Orekhovo, thus endangering the lives of civilians and OSCE SMM monitors patrolling the area,” the LPR PM’s press service stated.
