Today, on February 20, Donetsk hosted the singing of a twinning agreement between the Kalininsky district of Donetsk and the city of Antratsyt, along with the Anthracite district of the LPR, a correspondent of the DPR Official Website.
Head of the Kalininsky District Council of Donetsk Vasily Tkachuk commented on this event.
“Today we are building our future, laying the foundation for friendly relations. The agreement concerns, in the first place, cultural and sports relations, and we will also consider the possibility of economic interaction. And there are prospects for future joint work on integration with the economic, cultural and social spheres of the Russian Federation,” Vasily Tkachuk said.
