The armed formations of Ukraine have committed another act of blunt aggression against Donbass civilians. Two civilians were injured as a result of a terrorist attack committed by a reconnaissance group of the 130th reconnaissance battalion, Jan Leshchenko, the Head of the People’s Police Department of the Lugansk People’s Republic, stated today, on March 2.

“A group of militants of the 1st company of the 130th reconnaissance battalion, which is operationally subordinate to the commander of the Sever Operation and Tactical Group, opened fire with an anti-tank missile system on a UAZ civilian vehicle moving along the highway near Sokolniki locality. As a result of a direct hit, one passenger was killed and one was injured. According to our source in the 93rd brigade, in the responsibility area of which the killing had taken place, a group of saboteurs from the 130th reconnaissance battalion, comprised by the group commander, Lieutenant Poritsky, senior sergeant Trostyanchuk, senior soldier Gutsol and senior soldier Melnik, is operating in the specified area.

All the evidence of the criminal acts have been provided to the DPR LPR Prosecutor General’s Office to be attached to the criminal case against the aforementioned war criminals. We urge the OSCE SMM to stop the aggression waged by the Kiev forces, who continues to kill innocent people,” the statement says.
