Ukrainian occupation forces have intentionally endangered the lives and health of Donbass civilians.
Thus, today at 12:25, Ukrainian punitive forces of the 128th brigade under Commander Goncharuk from a position on the northwestern outskirts of Novotroitskoye fired a round from an anti-tank missile complex on a civilian bus moving across the suburbs of Dokuchayevsk.
Thanks to the skilful actions of the bus driver, who had timely noticed the approaching missile and promptly changed the direction of the vehicle’s movement, a terrible tragedy with a large number of civilian casualties has been avoided as the guided missile did not hit the bus and exploded nearby.
Unfortunately, as a result of the explosion, a female civilian born in 1968 and a male civilian born in 1962 suffered shrapnel wounds and were immediately admitted to Dokuchayevsk Central City Hospital, where they were provided with the necessary medical assistance. Both affected persons were outside of the vehicle at that moment, not far from the missile impact site.
Information on casualties and damage continues being specified.
We are hopeful that international monitors are resorting to all available means to hold accountable the Ukrainian militants guilty of committing a war crime against the DPR civilians.
