Negotiators from the security group focused on the matters of approval of new areas and a supplement to the Framework Decision, related to the process. Also, they talked over the regular failure of Ukraine to implement additional measures for strengthening and monitoring the existing indefinite ceasefire and the consequences of its violation by the AFU.
The humanitarian group focused on problematic issues that remained unsolved after the last exchange of detainees. They also raised issues related to the search for missing persons.
The economic group’s negotiators discussed almost the entire agenda, having focused on problematic issues of water supply to the Republics.
The main issues on the agenda of the political group were those related to the special status of Donbass, its enshrinement in the Constitution of Ukraine and elaboration of other necessary legal acts.
