DPR People’s Council deputy Vladislav Berdichevsky commented on stepped-up firing on the Republic’s territory and the processes taking place at the Minsk venue.
“Ukraine is trying to interpret all the agreements in Minsk the way they see it fit. They want to negotiate only with those residents of Donbass who live in Ukraine-controlled territory. Kiev authorities absolutely have no concern for the opinion of the residents of the republics, although the Minsk accords provide for direct talks with representatives of the republics. Ukraine just feigns fulfilment of the Minsk Agreements, but is not going to implement them in reality.
The situation regarding the communique signed in Paris is the same. They are just creating a semblance of activity,” Vladislav Berdichevsky said.
