The Investigations Division of the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office has initiated and is investigating a criminal case against commander of the 58th AFU separate motorized infantry brigade D.V. Kaschenko, as well as military personnel subordinate to him for committing a terrorist act under Article 229, Section 2 (a), (c) of the DPR Criminal Code.
It was established that on March 22, 2020, military personnel of the 58th separate motorized infantry brigade, on the orders of commander D. Kaschenko, engaged the village of Glubokaya, Nikitovsky District, Gorlovka, by using rocket launchers, as a result of which a teenager born 2007, who was staying in apartment 3 at 15 Rubezhnaya Street, suffered a concussion.
At present, investigators of the Prosecutor General’s Office are conducting the necessary investigative activities.
