The DPR Ministry of Health informs that two more laboratory-confirmed cases of COVID-19 were registered in the Donetsk People’s Republic on April 6.

One of the patients had his temperature taken when crossing the Debaltsevo checkpoint, it was 38°C, and an ambulance took him to an infectious disease section. At present, his condition is satisfactory, he is receiving the necessary treatment.

The second case was identified in a female resident who arrived from the Russian Federation on April 1. She observed self-isolation regime, therefore the number of people, who contacted with the infected person, is limited. The patient is undergoing inpatient treatment, her condition is also satisfactory.

In total, as of 7 p.m., 6 April 2020, five cases of COVID-19 infection have been registered in the DPR.
