The city headquarters for counteracting the coronavirus infection has been formed in Donetsk, it carries out daily systematic work across all areas. Activities on disinfecting preschool educational institutions, municipal transport, enterprises, establishments etc. are ongoing, Mayor of Donetsk Alexey Kulemzin told in an interview with a correspondent of the DPR Official Website.
“The city headquarters has been formed. It holds regular meetings, monitors the situation. We cooperate with the Ministry of Health and law enforcement agencies very closely. I repeat once again that the irresponsibility of some citizens sometimes entails huge efforts to protect our compatriots, citizens.
When such a global disaster comes, we just need to overcome this period, stay healthy and not to harm others. If all our residents keep simple sanitary rules, I am firmly convinced that the infection will fall back and we will return to a normal, regular regime soon,” Alexey Kulemzin noted.
