The AFU violated the ceasefire 99 times over the past week, including with prohibited weapons, Vice-Commander of the Operational Command Colonel Eduard Basurin reported at the briefing in Donetsk on April 10.

“At 26 localities of the Republic, the enemy fired more than 900 munitions, including 60 artillery projectiles of 122mm calibre and 346 shells of 120mm and 82mm calibres.

Two civilians were affected by AFU attacks — one was killed and another one got wounded. 13 residential buildings and civilian infrastructure facilities sustained damage in Zaitsevo, Staromikhailovka, Aleksandrovka, Signalnoye, Golmovsky, Sosnovskoye, and Spartak.

All the information with photos and videos attached has been sent to representatives of international organizations based in the Republic and submitted to the Prosecutor General’s Office for criminal proceedings to be initiated against war criminals Kashchenko, Marchenko, Maistrenko, Kokorev, Shapovalov, Goncharuk, and Zubanich,” Eduard Basurin said.

The Colonel also noted that the DPR reconnaissance registered the AFU units’ deployment of 96 items of weapons and military equipment near residential buildings and municipal facilities in the Ukraine-controlled territory over the past week.

“The presence of the AFU’s prohibited weapons and military equipment in populated areas is also recorded by OSCE Mission monitors,” Eduard Basurin added.
