According to the DPR Health Ministry, as of 10:00 a.m. April 11, 18 cases of COVID-19 infection confirmed by laboratory testing have been registered in the Donetsk People’s Republic, no fatalities reported. Five patients were identified in a day.

According to the Republican Center for Emergency Medical Aid and Disaster Medicine, 11 persons were put under observation over the past 24 hours, 10 of them were hospitalized, and one is self-isolated at home.

A total of 208 persons are supervised at inpatient departments, and 12,084 are self-isolated at home. A total of 12,292 persons are under medical supervision.

53 persons had fully recovered, were tested negative for СОVID-19 twice and discharged from the departments.

The Coronavirus Spread Prevention Hotline received 648 calls in a day.

The hotline received 740 calls in the past 24 hours. One may call these phone numbers to get advice on the epidemiological situation or request the assistance in the case if symptoms of the disease occur.

The Ministry of Health strongly recommends that all DPR residents refrain from visiting public places and limit contacts with the social environment and comply with sanitary and hygienic recommendations. In addition to that, it is mandatory to observe the self-isolation regime for all persons over the age of 65 and those who have arrived in the Republic.
