A POW swap between the Donetsk People’s Republic and Ukraine has just ended. Ten people returned home, one person refused to go to the DPR territory.
At the moment, all the persons released are getting qualified medical aid. Each of the participants in the exchange process will then be provided with foodstuffs, personal hygiene items and financial assistance. Upon completion of the medical examination, all the persons who do not have their own place of residence in the Donetsk People’s Republic will get accommodations with all necessary conditions.
