Ukrainian militants thwart OSCE monitors

Ukrainian units continue to interfere with the work of the OSCE SMM’s unmanned aerial vehicles carrying out flights over the territory occupied by the AFU, the DPR PMD’s press service reported the details on April 16.

“The 10th separate mountain assault brigade deployed heavy equipment in inner suburbs of Orlovskoye in the past 24 hours: one anti-aircraft system and an armored personnel carrier.

Militants of the 128th brigade were jamming OSCE drones in Pervomayskoye with a Bukovel-AD EW station from a mobile group of the 306th EW battalion. Monitors were forced to stop monitoring the territory occupied by the Ukrainian units and landed the drone,” the report says.

Also, the armed formations of Ukraine continue to violate the Minsk Agreements by using UAVs for intelligence purpose.

Thanks to air defense units and EW crews of the Mantiya ARP Integrated Defense System using a Triton-M1 station, a Ukrainian Phantom-4 UAV was spotted and landed in time near Kominternovo. Currently, our specialists are studying information from the UAV’s memory card.
