All border crossing checkpoints between the DPR and the Russian Federation continue to operate in a regular mode

The information disseminated on the Internet concerning the Uspenka international checkpoint’s being allegedly closed until 1 May 2020 is a fake.

According to the Administration of the DPR Head, there are temporary restrictions in the procedure for crossing the DPR State border towards the Russian Federation following the high-alert regime introduction. At that, international checkpoints to enter the Russian Federation (Novoazovsk, Uspenka, Marinovka, and Kvashino) continue to operate in a regular mode.

We call on all citizens of the Donetsk People’s Republic to resist such provocations, to exercise critical awareness towards any information published on the Internet, and to give credence to official sources only.
