The Investigations Division of the DPR Prosecutor’s General Office has initiated and is investigating criminal cases against commander of the 128th separate mountain assault brigade Goncharuk, commander of the 28th separate mechanized brigade Marchenko, commander of the 58th separate motorized infantry brigade Kaschenko, commander of the 59th separate motorized infantry brigade Shapovalov, commander of the 57th separate motorized infantry brigade Mishanchuk as well as military personnel subordinate to them.
According to the press service of the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office, the investigation is being conducted into the attacks on the Republic by these persons with the use of artillery, BMP (infantry fighting vehicles), under Article 229, Section 2 (a), (c) (terrorist act) of the DPR Criminal Code.
The Prosecutor General’s Office is currently conducting the necessary investigative measures.
