Over the past 24 hours, the armed formations of Ukraine engaged populated localities of the Republic 14 times, spokesman for the DPR PMD Oleg Nikitin reported at the briefing in Donetsk on May 7.
- From the Gorlovka front, war criminals of the 58th brigade under the command of Kaschenko engaged the village of Gagarin Mine with various rocket launchers.
- From the Donetsk front, militants of 57th brigade commanded by Mishanchuk, 28th brigade under Marchenko and 54th brigade under Maistrenko opened fire on Yasinovataya, Zhabichevo, Signalnoye, Yelenovka, the village of Trudovskaya Mine and Donetsk airport by using 82mm mortars, IFVs, various rocket launchers, large-caliber machine guns and small arms. During the attack on the village of Trudovskaya Mine with IFVs, a building at 57A Mamina Sibiryaka St is damaged.
- From the Mariupol front, militants of the 10th brigade armed with 120mm and 82mm mortars and anti-tank rocket launchers attacked Oktyabr, Sakhanka and Sosnovskoye on the orders of war criminal Zubanich.
Additional information on civilian casualties and the scale of destruction of the civil infrastructure is being specified.
Materials on the cases of firing were sent to representatives of international organizations based in the Republic, as well as to the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office.
