The Investigations Division of the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office is investigating 13 criminal cases against colonel O. N. Goncharuk, commander of the 128th separate mountain assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as military personnel subordinate to him, for committing a terrorist act, under Article 229, Section 2 (a), (c) of the DPR Criminal Code, the press service reports.
It was established that on May 29, 2020, military personnel of the 128th separate mountain assault brigade, on the orders of commander O. N. Goncharuk, armed with mortars and rocket launchers attacked the village of Yasnoye in Dokuchayevsk, windows were damaged in apartments № 3, № 7, № 8, № 9 and № 12 at 27 Schorsa Street; apartment № 1 at 13 Valova Street, as well as windows at 7, 9 and 48 Chapayeva Street.
The roof of the house at 5 Valova Street and the roof of the house at 28 Schorsa Street; the fence of the house at 50 Chapaeva Street; a car that was in the yard of the house at 9 Chapaeva Street, a low pressure gas pipeline on Schorsa Street are damaged as well.
Case officers are conducting the necessary investigative activities.
