Given that the operational environment at the line of contact has changed since May 20, 2020, and taking into account the results of the inspection of the state and military administration system working under the conditions of deteriorating combat situation, I order that the alert status of People’s Militia units must be reduced up to the level that ensures the security and safety of citizens, inviolability of borders and integrity of infrastructure of the Donetsk People’s Republic beginning on June 15, 2020.
In the event that the AFU resume targeted attacks on populated localities of the Donetsk People’s Republic, measures shall be taken to respond adequately, and depending on the situation, People’s Militia units shall be put on full alert.
