During the live call-in show, Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin commented on the DPR Development Program 2020, which was presented on June 5.

“It is a certain achievement that this year we have planned the program, found funds for it,” Denis Pushilin said.

Note that according to the Development Program, the largest investments will go to the housing and public utilities sector, which make 3 bln RUB. The Head of the Republic explained that the amount allocated to this sector stems from the need to make out the balance.

“Our cost of housing and public utilities is about 8 times lower than in Ukraine. At the same time, we realize that nothing comes out of thin air. We understand that now the prime cost is approximately twice as high as the output cost. Of course, the utility companies are affected by that. There are no opportunities to make all the necessary repairs in time,” Denis Pushilin said.

In conclusion, the Head of the DPR noted that compensating for the rates was necessary, that is why the DPR Development Program provides for this.
