The enemy twice violated ceasefire during the past day, spokesman for the DPR PMD Oleg Nikitin reported at the briefing in Donetsk on June 18.
- On the Donetsk front, the 54th brigade opened fire on Yasinovataya with anti-tank rocket launchers, large-caliber machine guns and small arms.
- On the Mariupol front, the 10th brigade shelled Kominternovo with 120mm mortars, a residential building and outbuildings at 108 Akhmatovoy Street are damaged.
Additional information on civilian casualties and destruction of civil infrastructure is being clarified.
“Defenders of the Republic responded adequately and neutralized the enemy firing-point. According to initial reports, one Ukrainian soldier was badly injured.
Information on the cases of firing was sent to representatives of international organizations stationed in the Republic, as well as to the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office for inclusion in criminal cases against AFU brigade commanders Maistrenko and Zubanich,” Nikitin added.
