The Investigations Division of the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office has opened a criminal case against commander of the 10th separate mountain assault brigade of the armed forces of Ukraine V.I. Zubanich and his subordinates for committing a terrorist act under Article 229, Section 2 (a), (c) of the DPR Criminal Code, the law-enforcement agency’s press service reports.
It was established that on June 17, 2020, military of the 10th separate mountain assault brigade launched a mortar attack on the village of Kominternovo, the Novoazovsky district, on the orders of their commander, garage and a house at 108 Akhmatovoy Street are damaged.
The Prosecutor General’s Office is currently conducting the necessary investigative activities.
