The armed forces of Ukraine, due to the lack of advancement at the front line, have chosen the tactics of firing at civil infrastructure and civilians, spokesman for the DPR PMD Dmitry Astrakhan reported on June 21.

At 5:00, military personnel of the 79th separate air assault brigade opened fire on Aleksandrovka and the village of Trudovskaya Mine from the direction of Maryinka by using 120mm mortars and IFVs.

At 4:45, Ukrainian military from the 35th brigade’s 503rd battalion opened fire on the village of Mine 6/7 and Gagarin Mine by using 120mm, 122mm artillery and 82mm mortars, having fired over 50 shells.

DPR People’s Militia units responded adequately and negated the enemy’s activity. Reportedly, an enemy IFV is destroyed and two Ukrainian soldiers are wounded.

As the result of the aggression and violation of humanitarian law, a woman born 1952 was wounded during the shelling of the village of Trudovskaya Mine. The victim was taken to the Donetsk Central Hospital 14, where she is getting medical care.
