Following the results of the Contact Group meeting, DPR and LPR representatives drew up the minutes, signed and sent them to the other members. They reflect their joint vision of the course and outcome of the meeting, the DPR MFA reports.
“It is noteworthy that this document was signed by the representative of the Russian Federation. We are grateful for this gesture, which indicates that Russia approves our view of the negotiation process. Ukraine and OSCE representatives have not signed this document yet, but we hope that soon they will also sign off on the minutes, as they did not express any written objections or amendments regarding the wording,” the DPR MFA reports.
In order to avoid the spread of false information about how this meeting was held, these minutes are published for the media and the general public.
