Today, on July 20, Denis Pushilin visited the urban-type village of Pervomaysky, which is administratively subordinated to Snezhnoye, where he got acquainted with the course of repair work to the school boiler house and met with local residents, the press service of the DPR Head’s Administration reports.

The meeting was also attended by Deputy Minister of Construction Industry, Housing and Public Utilities Sector Vladimir Dubovka, Head of the Administration of the town of Snezhnoye Alexander Skvortsov, Acting Head of the Administation of the urban-type village of Pervomaisky Yulia Cherevatova, Director of Secondary School 7 Svetlana Chubatova.

It should be noted that a gas boiler complex for three schools was being built in the villages of Severnoye, Zalessky and Pervomaisky in the period from 2011 to 2012. It was finished by 90 per cent, but the process stopped in 2012. Design specifications and estimates are currently being drawn up, the reconstruction of the gas boiler complexes will be carried out by the Donbassteploenergo State Enterprise.

According to Vladimir Dubovka, the reconstruction of these three boiler houses and installation of 50 meters of an above-ground pipeline will be carried out from September 1 to October 15.

“Can we speed up? Let us say that everything must ready by September 15,” the Head of the Republic said and stressed that he would help in case of any complications.

Then Denis Pushilin answered questions from the locals. First of all, they were concerned about the water supply problem in the village. The Head of the Republic replied that the deadline for solving this problem is set for mid-November this year.

Answering the question related to the road mending, he emphasized that a fixed amount has been allocated for the roads of national importance.

A question was also asked about the reconstruction of housing destroyed by hostilities. “These houses will be reconstructed for sure. We have had an audit of reconstruction programs. I cannot say for sure about the terms, but this has been planned definitely. Everything that was destroyed will be restored or another housing will be given in replacement,” the Head of the Republic stated.

The residents of Pervomaisky were interested in the processes of integration with Russia.

“Step by step we are getting closer to Russia, the integration processes are gaining momentum,” Denis Pushilin replied and stressed that the fundamental thing for today is to give Donbass an opportunity to work.

Answering a question about wage increases, the Head of the Republic stressed that the planned increase, including pensions, is scheduled for January 1, 2021.

“Our plan remains unchanged by now: by January 1, 2022, we must bring the level of wages in the public sector and pensions to the level of the Rostov region. This is our task,” Denis Pushilin added.

In addition, a teacher of history and computer studies from the local school addressed the Head of the Republic with a request. “We do not have a computer room,” she said. Denis Pushilin replied that the problem has already been discussed with the head of the town’s administration and the director of the school, this issue is being solved.

At the end of the meeting Acting Head of the Administration of the urban-type village of Pervomaisky Yulia Cherevatova thanked the Head of the DPR on behalf of the residents of the village for hismattention.

“You give us attention at such a difficult time for the Republic. We are very grateful to you,” Yulia Cherevatova said.
