Сегодня в 15:30 ВСУ открыли огонь фосфорными боеприпасами по территории в непосредственной близости от ДФС, – сообщает Представительство ДНР в СЦКК и в переговорном процессе.
«На данный момент выпущено более 13 фосфорных боеприпасов, 7 мин калибра 82 мм, а также 116 гранат АГС-17. Обстрел продолжается. В месте падения фосфорных боеприпасов наблюдаются возгорания и задымление. Не исключено, что это отвлекающий маневр для осуществления ВСУ очередной диверсии на территории Донецкой фильтровальной станции.
Обстрел с позиций ВСУ с применением запрещенных международными конвенциями зажигательных боеприпасов имеет цель спровоцировать экологическую и гуманитарную катастрофу в Донбассе. Не исключено, что это та самая провокация ВСУ, которая готовилась заранее для обвинения ВС ДНР. Призываем СММ ОБСЕ осудить преступные действия ВСУ и националистических батальонов», — говорится в сообщении СЦКК.

The attack from AFU positions with the use of incendiary munitions prohibited by international conventions has the goal of provoking an ecological and humanitarian catastrophe in Donbass. It may happen that was a provocation the AFU in advance were preparing to accuse the DPR Armed Forces of it. We call on the OSCE SMM to condemn the criminal actions of the AFU and nationalist battalions,” the JCCC reported.
