Председатель Народного Совета ДНР, полномочный представитель Республики на Минских переговорах прокомментировал заявление постоянного представителя Российской Федерации при ОБСЕ Александра Лукашевича о том, что «работа СЦКК висит на волоске». Об этом сегодня, 14 декабря, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики.

«Проблема СЦКК остро стоит уже достаточно продолжительный период. Логика наших оппонентов в Киеве по данному вопросу вызывает изумление. Собственно сам Совместный центр по контролю и координации был создан по инициативе президента Порошенко. Но по факту мы видим много препятствий для сотрудников СЦКК из Российской Федерации в плане выполнения своих обязанностей. Это затруднения в перемещениях, саботаж со стороны Украины в плане оперативного выезда на места обстрелов и ряд других фактов. Ну а шаги, направленные на ужесточение режима пересечения границы, являются неприемлемыми для военных РФ. Если ситуация не будет изменена, дальнейшее участие России в СЦКК действительно не имеет смысла», — сказал Денис Пушилин.

“The JCCC problem has been acute for quite a long period. The logic of our Kiev opponents concerning this issue is astonishing. The Joint Center for Control and Coordination itself was established on the initiative of President Poroshenko. But in fact, we see a lot of obstacles to the JCCC staff of the Russian Federation in terms of fulfilling their duties. These are difficulties in the movement, sabotage on the part of Ukraine in terms of prompt departure to the sites of shelling and a number of other facts. Well, the steps aimed at tightening the border crossing regime are unacceptable for the Russian military. If the situation does not change, Russia’s continued participation in the JCCC really won’t make sense,” Denis Pushilin said.
