Формулировки, которые были закреплены в законе о «реинтеграции», мы слышим еще с 2014 года как в наш адрес, так и в адрес России, отметил постоянный полномочный представитель ДНР на переговорах Контактной группы в Минске, Председатель Народного Совета ДНР Денис Пушилин в эфире российского телеканала «Россия-24». Об этом сообщает пресс-служба НС ДНР.

«По факту для нас ничего не изменилось за исключением того, что данный закон развязывает руки самому Порошенко и Вооруженным силам Украины. Воспользуются они этим или нет – покажет ближайшее время. Отвечая на вопрос о том, стоит ли нам беспокоиться, я могу сказать, что мы обеспокоены поведением нашего соседа уже достаточно долго. Ничего хорошего от Украины мы не ждем и вопросами обороны занимаемся непрерывно. Мы готовы к любому развитию событий.

Кроме того, думаю, что данный закон принимался больше для того, чтобы привлечь угасающее внимание международного сообщества к Украине. Также это в какой-то степени является попыткой смещения акцентов для населения Украины, так как ее внутренние проблемы только нарастают», – сказал Денис Пушилин.

По словам спикера парламента, закон о «реинтеграции» вступает в противоречие с Минскими соглашениями. Денис Пушилин также добавил, что, несмотря на желание Украины заблокировать переговорный процесс, она не решится выйти из него по своей инициативе.

«Для нас не совсем понятно, как украинские представители будут продолжать вести переговоры на минской площадке, в «нормандском формате». И там, и там Россия представлена как гарант выполнения Минских соглашений, как полноценный участник «нормандского формата». Нам непонятно, как можно продолжать общаться со «страной-агрессором», как разговаривать с нами – ведь, согласно этому закону, нас признают «оккупационными администрациями».

Изменений в поведении украинских представителей на переговорах Контактной группы в Минске я не увидел. График встреч у нас расписан на достаточно длительный период – практически на полгода. Украина, наверное, и готова была бы выйти из переговорного процесса, но не по своей вине, а возложив эту ответственность на Донецк, Луганск и Россию. Просто нарушить эти соглашения, нарушить резолюцию Совета безопасности ООН для Украины будет крайне болезненно, и думаю, что Запад также не сможет пойти на то, чтобы простить или оправдать ее поступок.

Все, что остается Киеву, – это организация провокаций и усиление блокады. Последняя, которую они реализовали, – это отключение сотовой связи в Народных Республиках.

Хочу обратить внимание на то, что пока Украина занимается некими фантазийными мероприятиями, принимая закон о «реинтеграции», четыре миллиона человек не могут жить в вакууме, тем более такой длительный период времени. В Народных Республиках проходят естественные процессы развития. Выстраиваются отношения на уровне общественных организаций, устанавливаются социально-культурные связи. Данная деятельность усилилась с момента открытия Русского центра. Эти процессы будут только набирать обороты. Они понятны нашим гражданам и нормально воспринимаются в дружественной нам стране – России», – заключил Денис Пушилин.

We do not expect anything good from Ukraine and we deal with defense issues continuously. We are ready for any development of the events.

Besides, I think this law more likely was adopted in order to attract the dying attention of the international community to Ukraine. This is also, to some extent, an attempt to shift the emphasis for the population of Ukraine, as its internal problems are only stepping up,” Denis Pushilin said.

According to the speaker of the parliament, the law on the “reintegration” contradicts the Minsk Agreements. Denis Pushilin also added that despite Ukraine’s desire to block the negotiation process, it would not dare abandon it on its own initiative.

“For us, it is not entirely clear how the Ukrainian representatives would continue conducting negotiations both on the Minsk platform and in the Normandy Format. Both here and there, Russia is represented as a guarantor for implementing the Minsk Agreements, as a full-fledged participant in the Normandy Format. We do not understand how could they continue to communicate with the “aggressor country”, how could they talk with us: because, in fact, according to this law, we are recognized as the “occupational administrations”.

I have not seen any changes in the behavior of the Ukrainian representatives at the Contact Group’s negotiations in Minsk. Our schedule of meetings has been drafted for a rather long period – for almost half a year. Ukraine, probably, would be ready to abandon the negotiation process, not through its own fault though, but placing this responsibility on Donetsk, Lugansk and Russia. Simply violating these agreements, violating the UN Security Council resolution for Ukraine will be extremely painful, and I think that the West will also not be able to forgive or justify its deed.

The last that Kiev can do is to scheme provocations and enhance the blockade. The last one they actualized was the disconnection of phone communication in the People’s Republics.

I want to draw your attention to the fact that while Ukraine is engaged in some fantasy activities by adopting the law on the “reintegration”, four million people cannot live in a vacuum, all the more so for such a long time. The People’s Republics perform the natural development processes. Relations are established at the level of public organizations, social and cultural ties. This activity intensified when the Russian Center had been opened. These processes will only be gaining pace. Our citizens understand them, and our friendly country — Russia — normally perceives that,” Denis Pushilin concluded.
