Сегодня, 24 января, Глава ДНР Александр Захарченко провел рабочую встречу с руководством ГП «Донецкстандартметрология» по вопросам деятельности предприятия. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, в совещании приняли участие заместитель Председателя Совета Министров ДНР, министр доходов и сборов Александр Тимофеев, и.о. министра промышленности и торговли ДНР Алексей Грановский, генеральный директор ГП «Донецкстандартметрология» Руслан Кривич, заместитель гендиректора Елена Клименко.

«Перед вашей организацией стоит ответственная задача – это качество продуктов питания и товаров в Республике. Мы должны показать всему миру, в первую очередь нашим гражданам, что у нас знак качества Донецкой Народной Республики – это знак, на который можно полагаться и доверять. Хотел бы сегодня услышать о проблемах, которые возникают у вас», — отметил Александр Захарченко.

Алексей Грановский кратко отчитался о работе, проделанной Министерством промышленности и торговли ДНР и предприятия «Донецкстандартметрология».

«За время нахождения предприятия в зоне ответственности Минпромторга мы наладили тесное взаимодействие с департаментом государственной политики в области техрегулирования, стандартизации и единства измерений Минпромторга Российской Федерации. Благодаря сотрудничеству достигнуто решение об аккредитации органа по сертификации продукции и проверке эталонов в РФ для применения стандартов на территории ДНР. Мы заключили договор с московским предприятием о предоставлении права распространения официальных документов по стандартизации. То есть можно сказать, что мы в шаге от начала выдачи на территории Республики сертификата евразийского образца», — сказал Алексей Грановский.

Также и.о. министра промышленности и торговли ДНР отметил, что ведомством совместно с ГП «Донецкстандартметрология» разработан ряд документов, регламентирующих работу в сфере стандартизации и сертификации.

Глава Республики поблагодарил руководство и коллектив предприятия «Донецкстандартметрология» за проделанную работу, а также акцентировал внимание присутствующих на вопросах, которые требуют решения.

Алексей Грановский отметил, что на рассмотрении в Народном Совете находятся законодательные акты, регламентирующие работу предприятия «Донецкстандартметрология» в сфере сертификации и стандартизации, которые до сих пор не были приняты депутатами. И.о. министра промышленности и торговли обратился к Главе Республики с просьбой оказать содействие в решении данного вопроса.

«Этот вопрос будем выносить на рассмотрение Совета Министров для принятия соответствующих нормативных правовых документов, которые будут действовать до момента принятия депутатами Народного Совета ДНР законодательных актов», — обратился Александр Захарченко к заместителю Председателя Совета Министров ДНР Александру Тимофееву.

Также Алексей Грановский попросил оказать содействие в утверждении перечня товаров и продуктов питания, которые подлежат обязательной сертификации в Донецкой Народной Республике.

Глава Республики Александр Захарченко отметил, что все вопросы будут рассмотрены и будет оказано содействие в их решении.

Today, on January 24th, Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko held a working meeting with the management of the Donetskstandartmetrologiya State Enterprise regarding the issues of the enterprise’s activities. According to a correspondent of the DPR official website, the meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the DPR Council of Ministers, Minister of Revenues and Duties Alexander Timofeyev, Acting Minister of Industry and Trade of the DPR Alexey Granovsky, General Director of the Donetskstandartmetrologiya State Enterprise Ruslan Krivich and Deputy General Director Elena Klimenko.

“A responsible task is set before your organization, that is the quality of food products and goods in the Republic. We must show the entire world and our citizens first of all that the quality label of the Donetsk People’s Republic is a label that you can rely on and trust. I would like to hear today about the problems that arise at yours,” Alexander Zakharchenko noted.

Alexey Granovsky briefly reported the work performed by the DPR Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Donetskstandartmetrologiya company.

“While the enterprise was staying in the area of responsibility of the Ministry of Industry and Trade we have established close cooperation with the department of state policy in the field of technical regulation, standardization and traceability of measurements of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade. Thanks to this cooperation, we have made a decision to accredit the body for product certification and test the master forms in Russia to apply the standards in DPR territory. We signed an agreement with a Moscow company on granting the right to distribute official documents on the standardization. That is, we can say that we are a footstep away from the start of issuing a certificate of the Eurasian model in the Republic’s territory,” Alexey Granovsky said.

In addition, Acting Minister of Industry and Trade of the DPR noted that the department jointly with Donetskstandartmetrologiya SE drafted a number of documents that regulate the work in the field of standardization and certification.

The Head of the Republic thanked the management and staff of the Donetskstandartmetrologiya enterprise for the work they accomplished, and also drew attention of those present to the issues that require solution.

Alexey Granovsky highlighted that the People’s Council was considering legal acts that regulate the work of the Donetskstandartmetrologiya enterprise in terms of certification and standardization, which until now have not been adopted by deputies. Acting Minister of Industry and Trade asked the Head of the Republic to assist in resolving this issue.

“This issue will be submitted to the Council of Ministers for consideration in order to adopt appropriate regulative legal documents, which will be in effect until the adoption of the legal acts by deputies of the DPR People’s Council,” Alexander Zakharchenko said to Deputy Chairman of the DPR Council of Ministers Alexander Timofeyev.

In addition, Alexey Granovsky asked some assistance in the approval of the list of goods and food products that must be subjected to mandatory certification in the Donetsk People’s Republic.

Head of the Republic Alexander Zakharchenko mentioned that all the issues would be considered, and in order to resolve them the assistance will be provided.
