Эта информация — очередной фэйк.
25 января в Донецкой Народной Республике в подразделениях Вооруженных Сил ДНР начались плановые учебные сборы граждан, находящихся в запасе, в составе резервных формирований армии Республики.
Если прочитать Указ, на который ссылаются украинские пропагандисты, то там четко написано, что в соответствии с документом создаются призывные комиссии, которым нужно определить статус наших граждан, подлежащих призыву на военную службу. Это предоставление отсрочки, освобождение от призыва или зачисление в запас. Ни слова о мобилизации в Указе № 197 нет.
В соответствии с этим документом, военный комиссар ДНР должен отчитаться о результатах проведенной работы, в ближайшее время эта информация будет обнародована.
Повторюсь, никакой мобилизации пока не проходит. Только сборы резервистов.
В сборах примут участие представители всех подразделений войск армии ДНР.
По окончании плановых сборов будут подведены итоги и награждены лучшие из резервистов», — заявил Александр Захарченко.

On January 25th the Donetsk People’s Republic, in units of the DPR Armed Forces, started scheduled training call-ups of citizens in reserve, as part of the reserve component of the Republic’s army.
If you read the decree, which the Ukrainian propagandists refer to, it is clearly written that in accordance with the document army conscription commissions are being created, which must determine the status of our citizens who are eligible for the draft. This is the granting of a deferment, draft exemption or transfer to the reserve. Decree 197 has no word about any mobilization.
In accordance with this document, the chief enlistment officer of the DPR must report on the results of the work accomplished, and this information will be published in the near future.
I repeat: there has not been any mobilization yet. Only call-ups of reservists.
Member of all units of the DPR army forces will take part in the call-ups.
Upon completion the planned call-ups, we will summarize the results and the best reservists will be awarded,” Alexander Zakharchenko stated.
