В ходе обстрелов со стороны украинских силовиков за все время боевых действий в Республике было повреждено 120 медучреждений различного профиля. Некоторые лечебные учреждения повторно подвергались обстрелам после их восстановления. Такие данные сегодня, 26 января, предоставила пресс–служба Министерства здравоохранения Республики.
Максимальное количество повреждений зафиксировано в Донецке (57) и Горловке (18), минимальные разрушения объектов здравоохранения — в Макеевке (1) и Харцызске (1).
Восстановление разрушенных объектов ведется в 3 этапа — согласно утвержденной Главой ДНР Александром Захарченко Программе восстановления Донбасса.
По состоянию на конец января, сотрудниками Минздрава Республики составлено 424 акта обследования повреждений, из них 44 акта о повреждении находятся в стадии оформления. Следует отметить, что некоторые лечебные учреждения повторно подвергались обстрелам после их восстановления.
Следует отметить, что Министерство здравоохранения ДНР в 2017 году провело ремонт медучреждений на общую сумму 35 миллионов рублей. Расходы включили в себя капитальный ремонт зданий и сооружений, оборудования, коммуникаций, приборов учета тепловой энергии, а также расходы на реконструкцию и реставрацию объектов. В текущем году восстановление объектов будет продолжено.
Because of attacks committed by Ukrainian military forces, 120 healthcare institutions of various fields have been damaged in the Republic during the entire period of hostilities. Some medical institutions were repeatedly subjected to shelling after their reconstruction. The press service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic provided this data today, on January 26th.
The maximum number of damage has been recorded in Donetsk (57) and Gorlovka (18), the minimal destruction of health facilities has been in Makeyevka (1) and Khartsyzsk (1).
Reconstruction of damaged facilities is carried out in 3 stages, according to the Program of Donbass Reconstruction approved by Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko.
As of the end of January, staff of the Ministry of Health of the Republic have compiled 424 acts of damage examination, 44 of which are currently being processed. It is worth mentioning that some medical institutions were repeatedly subjected to shelling after their reconstruction.
We note that that the Ministry of Health of the DPR in 2017 carried out repairs of medical institutions, which totaled 35 million rubles. Expenditures included overhaul repairs of buildings and structures, equipment, distribution lines, heat meters, as well as expenditures for reconstruction and restoration of facilities. The reconstruction of facilities will continue in the current year.
