Об оперативной обстановке вокруг завоза коревой инфекции на территорию Республики, количестве заболевших и мерах пресечения опасного вируса в ДНР, а также о самой болезни, ее симптомах и лечении в эксклюзивном интервью корреспонденту официального сайта ДНР рассказала главный государственный эпидемиолог Ольга Демкович.
«В этом году мы имеем завоз кори в Республику из Украины и Вьетнама и распространения этого заболевания в некоторых районах Донецка. Все заболевшие – из числа контактировавших с источником инфекции. Отмечается также завоз кори в Горловку, где ситуация ограничивается единичными случаями. Всего по Республике на 29 января насчитывается 33 случая коревой инфекции, 24 из них – по Донецку, 4 – Горловка и единичные случаи в Енакиево и Макеевке. По каждому случаю проводится эпидемиологическое расследование с установлением факта контакта с больным корью и проводится, в том числе, эпидемические ограничительные мероприятия», — рассказала Ольга Демкович.
В ходе беседы с корреспондентом главный эпидемиолог также рассказала о причинах заболевания возрастных граждан Республики, гражданах, находящихся в зоне риска заражения, а также о профилактической вакцине как о единственном способе избежать опасного заболевания.
Chief state epidemiologist Olga Demkovich in an exclusive interview with a correspondent of the DPR official website told about the current situation with the infiltration of measles infection into the territory of the Republic, the number of people who got sick with it and the measures for suppressing this dangerous virus in the DPR, as well as about the disease itself, its symptoms and treatment.
“This year we have got an infiltration of measles into the Republic from Ukraine and Vietnam and the spread of this disease in some areas of Donetsk. All the diseased were those who have contacted the source of infection. Measles also infiltrated into Gorlovka, where the situation limited itself to isolated cases. In total, there have been 33 cases of measles infection in the Republic on January 29th, 24 of them in Donetsk, 4 in Gorlovka and isolated cases in Yenakiyevo and Makeyevka. For each case, an epidemiological examination is being conducted with the establishment of the fact of a patient’s contact with measles and, epidemic restrictive measures are being carried out among other things,” Olga Demkovich told.
Talking with a correspondent, the chief epidemiologist also told about the age-related causes of the disease amongst citizens of the Republic, citizens who are at risk of the infection, and about the preventive vaccine as the only way to avoid the dangerous disease.
