Сегодня, 31 января, в Министерстве промышленности и торговли прошло первое заседание Координационного совета по развитию оптовой торговли, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР. В заседании приняли участие и.о. министра промышленности и торговли ДНР Алексей Грановский, представители оптовых предприятий Республики.
«Минпромторг реализует государственную политику в сфере торговли и нормативно-правового регулирования. Основную задачу министерство видит в развитии потребительского рынка товаров и услуг, где особое значение имеют местные производители и предприятия. Развитие потребительского рынка без оптовой торговли невозможно, поэтому создание Координационного совета назрело давно.
В рамках работы Координационного совета по развитию оптовой торговли наша задача оперативно решать проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются оптовики, то есть решать проблемы бизнеса.
Для решения данных проблем мы сейчас работаем над созданием Меморандума между предприятиями оптовой и розничной торговли и местными производителями. Основная наша задача — стабилизировать ситуацию на рынке», — рассказал Алексей Грановский.
Также он отметил, что при Министерстве промышленности и торговли уже существует Координационный совет предприятий легкой промышленности и Координационный совет по развитию бытовых услуг, которые показали положительные результаты работы.
Во время первого заседания Координационного совета по развитию оптовой торговли прошло избрание председателя совета. Единогласным решение председателем Координационного совета по развитию оптовой торговли стала Елена Бычкова.
«Координационный совет создан с целью более плодотворного сотрудничества между структурами бизнеса и государственной властью. В совет вошли все крупнейшие импортеры и оптовые предприятия Республики. Мы рассчитываем, что голос бизнеса будет услышан.
Надеемся, что благодаря одному из пунктов положения совета мы сможем вносить свои предложения и изменения в законодательную базу Республики», — отметила Елена Бычкова.
Today, on January 31st, the first meeting of the Coordination Council for development of wholesale commerce took place at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, according to a correspondent of the DPR official website. Acting Minister of Industry and Trade of the DPR Alexey Granovsky attended the meeting, as well as representatives of wholesale enterprises of the Republic.
“The Ministry of Industry and Trade implements the state policy in the sphere of trade and regulatory affairs. The Ministry regards the development of the consumer market of goods and services as the main task, where local manufacturers and enterprises have a particular importance. The development of the consumer market without wholesale trade is impossible; therefore, the establishment of the coordinating council has long been imminent.
Within the framework of the Coordinating Council for development of wholesale commerce, our task is to quickly solve the problems faced by wholesalers, that is, to solve business problems.
To address these problems, we currently work on creating a Memorandum between wholesale and retail enterprises and local producers. Our main task is to stabilize the situation on the market,” Alexey Granovsky told.
He also noted that under the Ministry of Industry and Trade the Coordinating Council for consumer industry enterprises and the Coordinating Council for development of household services, which showed positive results, had already existed.
During the first meeting of the Coordinating Council for development of wholesale trade, the council chairperson was elected. Elena Bychkova unanimously became the chairperson of the Coordination Council for development of wholesale commerce.
“The Coordinating Council was established with the aim of more fruitful cooperation between business entities and state power. The council included all the largest importers and wholesale enterprises of the Republic. We expect that the voice of business will be heard.
We hope that thanks to one of the items of the Council’s provision we will be able to submit our proposals and amendments to the regulatory framework of the Republic,” Elena Bychkova highlighted.
