За последнее время разведка ДНР отмечает активное наращивание сил и средств ВСУ вдоль всей линии соприкосновения сторон. Об этом во время экстренного брифинга 5 февраля сообщил заместитель командующего ВС ДНР, полковник Эдуард Басурин.

«Вопреки Минским договоренностям украинское военное командование стягивает к линии фронта тяжелое вооружение, выводя его из мест временного хранения, что ежедневно отмечается в отчетах миссии ОБСЕ.
Местные жители населенных пунктов на подконтрольной Украине территории ежедневно сообщают нам о колоннах боевой и транспортной техники, перевозящих к линии боевого соприкосновения личный состав и материальные средства, включая ГСМ и крупнокалиберные боеприпасы.

Также отмечается усиление ведения противником воздушной разведки расположения наших позиций, размещения войск и жизненно важных объектов инфраструктуры населенных пунктов Республики.

Кроме того, известно, что в соединения и воинские части, дислоцированные в зоне «АТО», уже отправлены боевые распоряжения о подготовке к наступлению, а на счета 57 отдельной мотопехотной и 30 отдельной механизированной бригад поступили дополнительные денежные средства для материального стимулирования военнослужащих.

Указанные факты наращивания сил и средств группировки противника свидетельствуют о том, что украинская сторона вопреки Минским соглашениям активно готовится к наступательным действиям по всей линии соприкосновения», — сообщил Эдуард Басурин.

Также он отметил, что недавний обстрел здания Министерства обороны ДНР только подтверждает активизацию подрывной деятельности сил специальных операций ВСУ.

Наши выводы подтверждаются также опубликованным в украинских СМИ распоряжением Генштаба ВС Украины о планировании активных наступательных действий. Подлинность данного документа подтверждают военные эксперты и аналитики, а боевой состав, указанный в документе, полностью совпадает с данными нашей разведки.

Планом противника предусматривается силами развернутых на линии боевого соприкосновения соединений и воинских частей, входящих в группировку сил «АТО» при поддержке артиллерии и авиации нанести максимальное поражение НМ ДНР и ЛНР, преодолеть полосу обеспечения и прорвать первый оборонительный рубеж в пределах опорных пунктов рот и районов обороны батальонов первого эшелона подразделений НМ ДНР и ЛНР, захватить выгодные рубежи. Массированным огнем артиллерии и огневых средств танковых и мотопехотных подразделений, десантно-штурмовых и артиллерийских подразделений по позициям НМ ДНР враг будет пытаться создать условия для ввода основных сил наступательной группировки ВСУ.

Напомню, что руководителем «АТО» является генерал-лейтенант М.Забродский — командующий десантно-штурмовыми войсками. Командованием ВСУ планируется основными силами нанести поражение армиям Народных Республик и закрепиться по рубежу Сорокино, Довжанск, Мариновка, Новоазовск. В дальнейшем выйти на государственную границу Республик с Российской Федерацией.

Для достижения целей операции и усиления наступательной группировки противник предусмотрел создание оперативных резервов объединенной группировки войск: 28 омбр — на направлении главного удара и 128 огпбр — на направлении другого удара.

На направлении сосредоточения основных усилий противник двумя охватывающими ударами в направлении Верхнеторецкое, Иловайск (17 отбр, 93 омбр) и в направлении Максимовка, Старобешево, Иловайск (1 отбр, 14 омбр, частью сил 30 омбр (тб) попытается преодолеть линию боевого соприкосновения и прорвать первый оборонительный рубеж ВС ДНР и, нарастив усилия вводом вторых эшелонов и резервов, рассечь подразделения 1 АК, окружить и захватить Донецк.

В дальнейшем, продолжив наступление, противник планирует овладеть рубежом Лутугино, Иловайск, Комсомольское, Победа.

Другой удар противник предполагает нанести в направлении Саханка, Безыменное (36 обрМП, 79 оаэмбр). Это позволит ему сковать наши силы на Мариупольском направлении и не дать осуществить их переброску на Донецкое направление. В последующем, нарастив усилия вводом вторых эшелонов, выйти на рубеж Бойковское, Новоазовск, тем самым лишить нас выхода к Азовскому морю.

Вторжение на территорию ЛНР противник планирует в направлении Крымское, Лутугино (72, 92 омбр). В последующем, нарастив усилия, рубежом Сорокино, Довжанск, а действиями рейдовых отрядов от подразделений десантно-штурмовых войск (80 одшбр и 81 оаэмбр) в направлении Станично-Луганское, Довжанск разгромить ВС ЛНР и выйти на государственную границу ЛНР и РФ.

Обращаюсь лично к главнокомандующему украинских войск генералу Виктору Муженко. Ваши заявления от 5 октября 2017 года о возможных многочисленных жертвах среди украинских военнослужащих и мирных жителей в случае принятия решения о ведении наступления на Донбасс уже смогли один раз охладить горячие головы. В целях предотвращения эскалации конфликта необходимо снова остановить эту планируемую авантюру политического руководства.

Время наступления украинскими стратегами выбрано неслучайно и связано прежде всего, как мы предполагаем, с тем, что основное внимание мировой общественности в этот период будет направлено на выборы президента Российской Федерации и проведение чемпионата мира по футболу в России.

В связи с планируемой украинским командованием вооруженной агрессией, мы обращаемся к мировому сообществу призвать Украину в лице Порошенко, Полторака, Муженко и Забродского, вспомнить о взятых Украиной обязательствах, согласно Минским договоренностям, по недопущению возобновления конфликта на Донбассе.

Заверяю жителей Донбасса, что мы внимательно и тщательно анализируем всю получаемую нами разведывательную информацию и знаем каждый спланированный шаг противника, на который уже предусмотрены контрмеры.
Отмечу, что планируемый ВСУ блицкриг не принесет украинской стороне ожидаемого результата, и в случае вооруженной агрессии в отношении Народных Республик, противнику будет нанесен непоправимы урон. Военнослужащие 128 огпбр уже отказались от участия в этой авантюре, их срочно вывели из зоны «АТО». В результате чисток бригады со стороны СБУ командир бригады Собко временно отстранен от должности. На сегодняшний день Генеральный штаб ВСУ принимает срочные меры по восстановлению боеспособности и переформированию подразделений, отказавшихся от уничтожения собственного народа.

Мы также направим официальное обращение к ОБСЕ, руководству США, представителям «нормандской четверки», в котором будет указано, что в то время, когда ведутся переговоры по выполнению Минских соглашений, украинской стороной проводится планирование нападения с уничтожением тысяч жителей Украины и Донецкой Народной Республики, которые не хотят жить в одном государстве с неонацистской властью. Необходимо остановить киевских агрессоров от выполнения своих планов!» — подчеркнул Эдуард Басурин.

The DPR intelligence has recently detected an active build-up of forces and assets of the AFU along the entire line of combat contact between the sides. Deputy Commander of the DPR Armed Forces Colonel Eduard Basurin announced that during the emergency briefing on February 5th.

“Despite the Minsk Agreements, the Ukrainian military command is dispatching heavy weapons to the front line, withdrawing them from the temporary storage sites, which is noted daily in reports of the OSCE Mission.

Local residents of populated localities in Ukraine-controlled territory daily inform us about the convoys of combat and transport equipment that deliver personnel and materiel resources, including fuel and lubricant materials and large-caliber ammunition, to the line of contact.

It is also noted that the adversary is increasing air reconnaissance over the location of our positions, the deployment of troops and critical infrastructure facilities in the Republic’s populated localities.

In addition, we found out that military bases and units stationed in the “ATO” zone have already received combat objectives to prepare for an offensive, and additional funds have been transferred to the accounts of the 57th separate mechanized infantry brigade and 30th separate mechanized brigade to inspire the service members with financial support.

These facts of the build-up of forces and assets of the adversary’s grouping suggest that the Ukrainian side, in spite of the Minsk Agreements, is actively preparing for offensive operations along the whole contact line,” Eduard Basurin told.

He also noted that the recent attack on the premises of the DPR Ministry of Defense only confirmed the activation of subversive activities of the AFU special operations forces.

Our conclusions are also confirmed by the decree of the AFU General Staff published on Ukrainian media about the planning of active offensive actions. Military experts and analysts confirm the originality of that document, and the combat personnel listed on the document fully aligns with the data of our intelligence.

The adversary’s plan involves the forces deployed at the line of combat contact and the military units that belongto the grouping of “ATO” forces with the support of artillery and air forces to inflict maximum damage on the DPR and LPR People’s Militia, to overcome the security zone and break through the first defensive line within fortified strongpoints of companies and defense areas of battalions of the first echelon of units of the DPR and LPR People’s Militia, to seize advantageous lines. By massive artillery shelling and with firepower of tank and mechanized infantry units, air assault units and artillery units against positions of the DPR People’s Militia, the enemy will try to create conditions for bringing in the main forces of the AFU offensive grouping.

Recall that the chief of the “ATO” is Lieutenant-General M. Zabrodsky, commander of air assault forces. The AFU command is planning to defeat the armies of the People’s Republics and consolidate along the borders of Sorokino, Dovzhansk, Marinovka and Novoazovsk. Further on, they are going to get to the state border between the Republics and the Russian Federation.

To achieve the objectives of the operation and reinforce the offensive grouping, the adversary foresaw the creation of operational reserves of the combined grouping of forces: the 28th separate mechanized brigade — in the direction of the main strike and the 128th separate mountain infantry brigade in the direction of another strike.

Toward the concentration of the main forces, the adversary attempts to overcome the line of combat contact and break through the first defensive line of the DPR Armed Forces in the direction of Verkhnetoretskoye, Ilovaisk (17th separate tank brigade, 93th separate mechanized brigade) and the direction of Maksimovka, Starobeshevo, Ilovaysk (1st separate tank brigade, 14th separate mechanized brigade, a part of forces of the 30 separate mechanized brigade (tank brigade)) and, by building up forces with the second echelons and reserves, they plan to cut out units of the 1 army corps, encircle and capture Donetsk.

Further, continuing the offensive, the adversary plans to seize the border of Lutugino, Ilovaysk, Komsomolskoye, Pobeda.

Another strike the adversary intends to deliver in the direction of Sakhanka, Bezymennoye (36th separate marine brigade, 79th separate airmobile brigade). This will allow them to bind our forces in the Mariupol direction and prevent their redeployment in the Donetsk direction. Subsequently, increasing forces by bringing in the second echelons, they reach the borderline of Boykovskoye, Novoazovsk, thereby depriving us of ingress to the Azov Sea.

The adversary plans the invasion into LPR territory in the direction of Krymskoye, Lutugino (72nd, 92nd separate mechanized brigade). Later, after increasing forces, the borderline of Sorokino, Dovzhansk, and by efforts of the raid detachments from units of the air assault troops (80th separate air assault brigade and 81st separate airmobile brigade) in the direction of Stanitsa Luganskaya, Dovzhansk, they plan to defeat the LPR Armed Forces and reach the state border between the LPR and the Russian Federation.

I directly appeal to the commander-in-chief of Ukrainian troops, General Viktor Muzhenko. Your statements as of October 5th, 2017 about possible numerous casualties among Ukrainian service members and civilians in the event of a decision to conduct an offensive against Donbass had once managed to chill the hotheads. In order to prevent the escalation of the conflict, it is necessary to stop this reckless scheme of the political leadership.

Ukrainian strategists not accidentally chose the timing to conduct an offensive and it is connected, as we suppose, primarily with the fact that the main attention of the world community during that period will be focused on the election of the President of the Russian Federation and the Soccer World Cup in Russia.

Owing to the fact that the Ukrainian command is planning an armed aggression, we appeal to the world community to urge Ukraine, represented by Poroshenko, Poltorak, Muzhenko and Zabrodsky, to recall the commitments Ukraine has taken, in accordance with the Minsk Agreements, to prevent the resumption of the conflict in Donbass.

I assure resident of Donbass that we carefully and strictly analyze all the intelligence information we receive and know every step the adversary scheme, against which countermeasures have already been foreseen.

I note that the blitzkrieg planned by the AFU will not bring the expected result to the Ukrainian side, and in case of armed aggression against the People’s Republics, the adversary will be inflicted irreparable casualties. Service members of the 128th separate mountain infantry brigade have already refused to participate in this reckless scheme, they were immediately withdrawn from the “ATO” zone. As a result of the SBU shake-ups in the brigade, commander of the brigade Sobko was temporarily suspended. The AFU General Staff today is taking urgent measures to restore combat capability and reorganize units that refused to annihilate their own nation.

We will also send an official appeal to the OSCE, the US leadership, representatives of the Normandy Four, which will say that while negotiations are being arranged to implement the Minsk Agreements, the Ukrainian side is planning an attack to exterminate thousands of residents of Ukraine and the Donetsk People’s Republic, who do not want to live in the state along with the neo-Nazi government. We must stop the Kiev aggressors from executing their plans!” Eduard Basurin emphasized.
