Денис Пушилин прокомментировал отказ Верховной Рады рассматривать постановление о приостановлении закона о «реинтеграции», сообщает пресс–служба НС ДНР.
«Абсолютно предсказуемый поступок украинских парламентариев, свидетельствующий о полном отсутствии здравомыслия и какого-либо профессионализма. Данный нормативный акт все так же не соответствует ни конституции Украины, ни международным нормативным правовым документам и конвенциям.
Закон о «реинтеграции» Донбасса исключает любые инициативы мирного урегулирования конфликта, его цель – усиление властных полномочий президента, силовые решения и бесправный народ. Но это вопросы внутреннего украинского законодательства, которое хоронит логику и любые признанные принципы правового государства. Со своей стороны мы по-прежнему являемся приверженцами своих международных обязательств и продолжаем работать над имплементацией Минских соглашений, одобренных резолюцией Совета Безопасности ООН», — отметил Денис Пушилин, Председатель Народного Совета ДНР, постоянный полномочный представитель ДНР на переговорах Контактной группы в Минске.
Denis Pushilin commented on the refusal of the Verkhovna Rada to consider the decision to suspend the law on the “reintegration”, the press service of the DPR People’s Council reports.
“Absolutely predictable act of Ukrainian parliamentarians that suggests the complete lack of sanity and any professionalism. That regulatory act yet corresponds neither to the constitution of Ukraine, nor to any international regulatory documents or conventions.
The law on the “reintegration” of Donbass excludes any initiatives for a peaceful settlement of the conflict, its purpose is to strengthen the powers of the president, solution by force and the powerless nation. But these are issues of the internal Ukrainian legislation, which bury the logic and any recognized principles of a law-bound state. For our part, we remain committed to our international obligations and we continue working on the implementation of the Minsk Agreements approved by the resolution of the UN Security Council,” Chairman of the DPR People’s Council, Permanent Plenipotentiary Representative of the DPR to the negotiations of the Contact Group in Minsk Denis Pushilin noted.
