В Донецке прошел митинг, посвященный 100-летней годовщине со дня основания Донецко-Криворожской Республики. Об этом сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.

«Поздравляю вас со столетней годовщиной образования ДКР. Ровно сто лет назад наши предки сказали «да» равенству, свободе и справедливости, сказали «нет» Западу. Практически через сто лет мы, потомки тех великих людей, подхватили их знамя. Сегодня мы строим нашу Донецкую Народную Республику. Да, в тяжелое время, во время войны, но мы восстанавливаем промышленность, поднимаем экономику, и это мы делаем ради наших детей и нашего будущего. Сто лет назад наши предки проиграли, но мы победим», — заявил Глава ДНР Александр Захарченко.

С трибуны также выступили Председатель Народного Совета ДНР Денис Пушилин, руководитель Центрального исполкома ОД «Донецкая Республика» Наталья Волкова, политолог Владимир Корнилов.

По окончании митинга собравшиеся возложили цветы к памятнику русскому революционеру, основателю ДКР Артему (Федору Сергееву).

A rally dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Donetsk-Krivoy Rog Republic took place in Donetsk. A correspondent of the DPR official website reports.

“I congratulate you on the 100th anniversary of the formation of the DKR. Exactly a hundred years ago our ancestors said “yes” to equality, freedom and justice, they said “no” to the West. Almost a hundred years later, we, successors of those great people, picked up their banner. Today we build our Donetsk People’s Republic. Indeed, in hard times, being at war, but we restore the industry, raise the economy, and that we do for the sake of our children and our future. A hundred years ago our ancestors lost, but we will win,” Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko stated.

Chairman of the DPR Peoples Council Denis Pushilin, head of the Central Executive Committee of the Donetsk Republic PM Natalia Volkova, political scientist Vladimir Kornilov also made speech from the rostrum.

At the end of the rally, the audience laid flowers at the monument to Russian revolutionary Artyom (Fyodor Sergeyev), the founder of the DKR.
