Председатель ОО «Фонд Единый Донбасс» Олег Балыкин, заместитель главного врача Донецкого республиканского центра охраны материнства и детства Анна Железная, директор СПО «Макеевский педагогический колледж» Татьяна Барташ приняли участие в передаче «Три минуты на ответ», посвященной годовщине реализации Гуманитарной программы по воссоединению народа Донбасса.
Как отметили участники передачи, в рамках Гуманитарной программы вся необходимая помощь оказывается как гражданам Донецкой Народной Республики, так и нашим соотечественникам, проживающим на территории Донецкой области, подконтрольной Украине.
«В течение года в рамках Гуманитарной программы к нам за помощью обращались люди не только по направлениям, которые были объявлены. Поэтому в 2018 году возникла необходимость расширить Гуманитарную программу по определенным направлениям», — рассказала Анна Железная.
«Реализация Гуманитарной программы по направлению образования очень важна. Потому что именно от образования и мыслей молодого поколения зависит будущее страны. Из-за образовательных реформ, которые сейчас происходят на Украине, становится страшно за подрастающее поколение и за то, что их ждет дальше», — отметила в своем выступлении Татьяна Барташ.
«Фонд Единый Донбасс» был создан для того, чтобы помогать людям, которые попали в тяжелую жизненную ситуацию. Практически год мы помогаем людям, это высокая гуманитарная и социальная миссия, которая прежде всего требует внимания к человеку. Мы не делим территорию Донбасса и людей, проживающих на ней, на наших и не наших. Мы оказываем помощь всем жителям Донбасса», — отметил Олег Балыкин.
Напомним, что 17 февраля 2017 года в Луганске Глава ДНР Александр Захарченко и Глава ЛНР Игорь Плотницкий объявили о начале реализации Гуманитарной программы по воссоединению народа Донбасса.

According to the guests of the TV show, within the framework of the Humanitarian Program all the necessary assistance is rendered both to citizens of the Donetsk People’s Republic and to our compatriots living in Ukraine-controlled territory of the Donetsk region.
“Throughout the year, within the framework of the Humanitarian Program, people had been applying to us for help not only in the fields that were announced. Therefore, in 2018, a need arose to expand the Humanitarian program in certain areas,” Anna Zheleznaya told.
“The implementation of the Humanitarian Program in the field of education is very important. Because the future of the country depends on education and thoughts of the younger generation. Owing to the educational reforms that currently take place in Ukraine, it is getting scary about the younger generation and what awaits them further,” Tatyana Bartash emphasized in her speech.
“The United Donbass Fund was created to help people who have ended up in a difficult life situation. For almost a year we have been helping people, this is a great humanitarian and social mission, which, first of all, requires attention to a person. We do not sort the territory of Donbass and people living in it into insiders and outsiders. We render assistance to all residents of Donbass,” Oleg Balykin highlighted.
Recall that on February 17th, 2017 in Lugansk, Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko and Head of the LPR Igor Plotnitsky announced the start of the Humanitarian Program for the Reunification of the People of Donbass.
