Вдоль линии соприкосновения фиксируется активизация украинской стороной военных приготовлений. Вопреки существующим договоренностям официальный Киев продолжает стягивать к линии соприкосновения тяжелое вооружение, боевую и транспортную технику, боеприпасы и ГСМ. Об этом говорится в заявлении постоянного полномочного представителя ДНР в Контактной группе Дениса Пушилина.
«Только на прошлой неделе для усиления 25-й воздушно-десантной бригады завершена переброска в район Авдеевки подразделений 79-й десантно-штурмовой бригады. В районах Артемовска и Попасной с 10-й и 54-й бригадами проведены учения с отработкой вопросов взаимодействия в ходе наступательных действий. К учениям привлекались подразделения МВД, Нацгвардии и СБУ. Кроме того, специальной комиссией генштаба ВСУ проведена проверка 54-й бригады. Основное внимание уделялось укомплектованности бригады личным составом, техникой, материальными средствами, а также готовности вести наступательные действия в городских условиях. Возникает закономерный вопрос о цели таких действий», – отметил полпред ДНР.
По словам Дениса Пушилина, имеющиеся факты и разведданные говорят об активной подготовке украинской стороны к наступательным действиям.
«Учитывая принятый Верховной Радой Украины закон о «реинтеграции», который фактически предоставляет украинской власти все полномочия для силового варианта решения конфликта, а также возросшую военную активность украинской стороны у линии соприкосновения, мы настоятельно рекомендуем СММ ОБСЕ обратить на ситуацию в Донбассе пристальное внимание, а руководство стран-гарантов, в частности Германии и Франции, оказать влияние на Украину и не допустить эскалации конфликта», – подытожил полпред Республики.
The Ukrainian side’s stepped-up military preparations has been recorded along the line of contact. Despite of the existing agreements, official Kiev continues to dispatch heavy weapons, combat and transport equipment, ammunition, fuel and lubricants to the contact line, according to the statement of Permanent Plenipotentiary Representative of the DPR to the Contact Group Denis Pushilin.
“Only during the last week, to reinforce the 25th airborne brigade, they completed the redeployment of units of the 79th airborne assault brigade to the area of Avdeyevka. In the vicinities of Artemovsk and Popasnoye, exercises were conducted with the 10th and 54th brigades to drill cooperation during offensive operations. The exercises involved units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Guard and the Security Service of Ukraine. In addition, a special commission of the AFU General Staff checked the 54th brigade. The main attention was paid to the deficiencies of the brigade regarding the personnel, equipment, materiel resources, as well as readiness to conduct offensive actions in urban environments. A logical question arises about the purpose of such activities,” the DPR envoy noted.
According to Denis Pushilin, the available facts and intelligence speak of the active preparation of the Ukrainian side for offensive operations.
“Taking into account the law on the “reintegration” adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which actually gives the Ukrainian government all the powers to settle the conflict by force, as well as the stepped-up military activity of the Ukrainian side at the contact line, we urge the OSCE SMM to pay close attention to the situation in Donbass, and the leadership of the guarantor countries, in particular Germany and France, to exert hold on Ukraine and prevent an escalation of the conflict,” the Republic’s plenipotentiary summarized.
