Сегодня, 19 февраля, в Донецке состоялась рабочая встреча Уполномоченного по правам человека в ДНР Дарьи Морозовой с главой делегации Международного Комитета Красного Креста в Украине Аланом Эшлиманом и главой Донецкого офиса МККК Мишелем Саадом. Встреча проходила в закрытом режиме.
Как сообщает пресс-служба омбудсмена ДНР, участники обсуждали вопросы проведения второго этапа обмена удерживаемыми лицами, основные препятствия, а также аргументы, выдвинутые украинской стороной.
Кроме того, во время встречи поднимался вопрос об освобождении граждан Российской Федерации, которых украинская сторона исключила в одностороннем порядке из списка на обмен. Напомним, что граждане РФ могут быть переданы как на территории ДНР и ЛНР, так и в посольстве Российской Федерации. Такие прецеденты уже были в отношении граждан Бразилии, Афганистана и некоторых других стран.
Дарья Морозова в очередной раз обратила внимание представителей МККК на проблему возвращения документов украинской стороной лицам, которые вернулись в Республику в результате обмена.
