От всей души поздравляю вас с профессиональным праздником – Днем профсоюзного работника ДНР!
Сегодня Федерация профсоюзов ДНР представляет интересы около 300 тысяч трудящихся. Профсоюзы обязаны всегда думать о людях, а думая о людях — заботиться о благополучии всей страны. Сложно переоценить важность проблем, над решением которых вы работаете каждый день.
Профсоюз – важнейший механизм реализации государственной политики, и работники профсоюзных организаций Донецкой Народной Республики активно включились в общественную и политическую жизнь нашей страны.
Вы держите на постоянном контроле вопросы охраны труда на предприятиях, уделяете внимание оздоровлению трудящихся, оказываете гуманитарную помощь. Профсоюзные организации Республики активно участвуют в интеграционных процессах с Российской Федерацией, поддерживая тесные профессиональные связи с профсоюзными организациями России.
В прошлом году на Федерацию профсоюзов ДНР была возложена большая и важная задача. Мы взяли под государственное внешнее управление целый ряд крупных промышленных предприятий. В настоящее время ФП ДНР, отраслевые профсоюзы контролируют ситуацию на 22 предприятиях, на которых введено внешнее управление. Уже заключены коллективные договоры на ряде предприятий. Все социальные гарантии, которые работники имели ранее, на них сохранены.
Сегодня вы — связующее звено между властью и народом, и во многом от вас зависит, какими будут эти отношения. Именно через вас мы узнаем о потребностях людей, вас они знают, на вас рассчитывают. Вы не должны подводить коллективы!

I wholeheartedly congratulate you on your professional holiday, Day of Trade Union Worker of the DPR!
Today, the DPR Federation of Trade Unions represents the interests of about 300,000 workers. Trade unions are obliged to always think of people and take care of the welfare of the whole country by thinking of people. It is difficult to overestimate the importance of the problems that you work on every day.
Trade union is the most important mechanism for the implementation of state policy, and workers of trade union organizations of the Donetsk People’s Republic have actively joined the social and political life of our country.
You keep constantly monitoring labor protection at enterprises, pay attention to the health promotion of workers, render humanitarian assistance. Trade union organizations of the Republic actively participate in integration processes with the Russian Federation, maintaining close professional ties with trade union organizations of Russia.
Last year, the DOR Federation of Trade Unions was entrusted with a large and important task. We took a number of large industrial enterprises under the state external management. At present, the DPR Federation of Trade Unions and industry-specific trade unions control the situation at 22 enterprises, the where external management has been introduced. Collective agreements have already been concluded at a number of enterprises. All the social guarantees that employees had before have been retained in them.
Today you interlink the power and the people, and in many ways it depends on you what these relations will be like. It is through you that we learn about the needs of people, they know you, they rely on you. You should not let fail the collectives!
