В Донецке 22 февраля прошел брифинг Главы ДНР Александра Захарченко и и.о. Главы ЛНР Леонида Пасечника, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР. В брифинге, посвященном итогам реализации Гуманитарной программы по воссоединению народа Донбасса, также приняли участие заместитель Председателя Совета Министров ДНР Дмитрий Трапезников, и.о. министра труда и социальной политики ДНР Лариса Толстыкина, министр здравоохранения Александр Оприщенко, и.о. министра иностранных дел Наталья Никонорова, представители Луганской Народной Республики.

«Прошел год, и можно с уверенностью сказать, что эта программа показала отличные результаты — более 18 000 наших земляков приняли в ней участие. Программа охватила несколько направлений: здравоохранение, образование, культура, спорт, помощь ветеранам, людям, попавшим в тяжелую жизненную ситуацию.
Данная программа позволяет поддерживать нам связь с нашими земляками с территории, временно подконтрольной Украине. Сегодня мы совместно с Главой ЛНР заявляем, что Гуманитарная программа будет продолжена и расширена, будут добавлены дополнительные виды оказания помощи нашим соотечественникам. В Донбассе живет единый народ, на той территории находятся наши земляки. Рано или поздно вся территория бывшей Луганской и Донецкой областей объединится и мы будем жить, как и прежде, в одной стране», — сказал Александр Захарченко.

Глава ДНР отметил особые успехи в реализации Гуманитарной программы по воссоединению народа Донбасса по направлению здравоохранения. Медицинскими услугами в Республике воспользовались 587 соотечественников с территории Донбасса, подконтрольной Украине.

«Многим из этих людей данная программа спасла жизнь. А самое главное — мы смогли спасти самых маленьких будущих жителей Донецкой Народной Республики. Мы дали им возможность жить дальше», — отметил Александр Захарченко.

Леонид Пасечник отметил, что цель Гуманитарной программы важна – помочь нашим соотечественникам, которые сейчас проживают на территории Донбасса, подконтрольной Украине.

«Украина забыла о людях и бросила на произвол судьбы ветеранов, инвалидов, людей, оказавшихся в сложной жизненной ситуации. Но мы своих людей не бросаем. Количество людей, принявших участие в Гуманитарной программе, показывает, что наша помощь востребована. Как уже сказал Глава ДНР, мы решили расширить перечень услуг, которые будут предоставляться в рамках Гуманитарной программы», — отметил Леонид Пасечник.

Глава ДНР Александр Захарченко поблагодарил всех участников реализации Гуманитарной программы по воссоединению народа Донбасса из обеих Республик.

Работа, которую вы делаете, очень важна. Самое главное, чтобы все понимали, мы – единый народ. Оккупанты, которые пришли на нашу землю, не смогли нас разделить, наоборот, еще больше сплотили», — подчеркнул Александр Захарченко.

Руководитель ЛНР подчеркнул, что все трудности, с которыми они столкнулись во время реализации Гуманитарной программы, были успешно преодолены.

Глава ДНР Александр Захарченко отметил, что линия фронта, которая сейчас разъединяет территорию Донбасса, со временем сотрется.

«Нельзя разделить один народ. Как бы Украина ни пыталась нас разделить – у них это не получится. Мы думаем одинаково, мы живем одинаково, у нас одна вера и одна любовь к Родине. Невозможно разделить один народ, как бы они этого ни хотели», — отметил Александр Захарченко.

«Донбасс своих не бросает. Мы один народ, объединенный общей историей. Наша сила в нашем единстве и нашей вере», — добавил Леонид Пасечник.

Напомним, что 17 февраля 2017 года в Луганске был дан старт реализации Гуманитарной программы по воссоединению народа Донбасса.

The briefing, which was devoted to the results of the implementation of the Humanitarian Program for the Reunification of the People of Donbass, was also attended by Deputy Chairman of the DPR Council of Ministers Dmitry Trapeznikov, Minister of Labor and Social Policy of the DPR Larisa Tolstykina, Minister of Health Alexander Oprishchenko, acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Natalia Nikonorova, as well as representatives of the Lugansk People’s Republic.

“A year has passed, and I can say with certainty that this program has shown excellent results, over 18,000 of our countrymen took part in it. The program covered several areas: health care, education, culture, sports, aid to veterans, people who have ended up in a difficult life situation.

This program allows us to maintain contact with our fellow countrymen from the territory temporarily controlled by Ukraine. Today, along with the Head of the LPR, we declare that the Humanitarian Program will be continued and expanded, additional types of assistance to our compatriots will be added. The one nation lives in Donbass, our countrymen are in that territory. Eventually the entire territory of the former Lugansk and Donetsk regions will reunite and we will live as before in one country.” Alexander Zakharchenko said.

The Head of the DPR highlighted special achievements in the implementation of the Humanitarian Program for the Reunification of the Donbass People in the sphere of health. 587 compatriots from Ukraine-controlled territory of Donbass have used medical services in the Republic.

“This program saved the lives of many of these people. And most importantly that we managed to save the youngest ones, future residents of the Donetsk People’s Republic. We gave them the opportunity to live on,” Alexander Zakharchenko noted.

Leonid Pasechnik noted that the purpose of the Humanitarian Program is important – to help our compatriots who now live in Ukraine-controlled territory of Donbass.

“Ukraine has forgotten about people and left veterans, disabled people, people caught in a difficult life situation to their fate. But we do not abandon our people. The number of people who took part in the Humanitarian Program shows that our assistance is in demand. As the Head of the DPR has already said, we decided to expand the list of services that will be provided within the framework of the Humanitarian Program,” Leonid Pasechnik said.

Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko thanked all participants in the implementation of the Humanitarian Program for the Reunification of the Donbass People from both Republics.

“The work that you do is very significant. The most important thing is that anyone must understand that we are one people. The invaders, who came to our land, did not manage to separate us, on the contrary, they united us even more,” Alexander Zakharchenko stressed.

The LPR leader emphasized that all the difficulties that they encountered during the implementation of the Humanitarian Program had been successfully overcome.

Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko noted that the front line, which now separates the territory of Donbass, would eventually be erased.

“One nation cannot be separated. No matter how Ukraine tries to separate us they will not succeed. We think in the same manner, we live in the same manner, we have one faith and one love for the Motherland. It is impossible to separate one people, no matter how they want that,” Alexander Zakharchenko noted.

“Donbass does not abandon his friends. We are one people united by a common history. Our strength is in our unity and our faith,” Leonid Pasechnik added.
