Ситуация в зоне ответственности Народной милиции Луганской Народной Республики имеет тенденцию к стабилизации, но остается напряженной. За прошедшие сутки нарушений режима прекращения огня со стороны противника не зафиксировано. Об этом сегодня, 1 марта, заявил официальный представитель НМ ЛНР, подполковник Андрей Марочко, сообщает из Луганска собственный корреспондент официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики.
«Украина продолжает грубо нарушать нормы международного гуманитарного права. Такие факты отражены в опубликованном отчете ОБСЕ за 27 февраля текущего года. Представители Специальной миссии указывают, что возле здания электрической подстанции, расположенного на южной окраине населенного пункта Золотое-5 (Михайловка), члены патруля миссии видели две воронки: одну в 50 м к западу и еще одну ~ в 100–120 м к северу от здания. Хотелось бы отметить, что на данной подстанции хранится большое количество ртути, и в случае попадания снаряда в данную подстанцию это может привести к экологической катастрофе.
Кроме того, несмотря на наше стремление к мирному урегулированию конфликта, украинское командование продолжает нагнетать обстановку в регионе, проводя перегруппировку тяжелого вооружения вблизи линии разграничения. «Так, по нашим данным, в районе населенного пункта Новоайдар в направлении населенного пункта Передельское отмечено передвижение военной колонны противника в составе трех 152-мм САУ «Акация» на тралах и шести грузовых автомобилей «Урал» с боеприпасами. В районе населенного пункта Орехово вскрыто скопление до десяти единиц военной техники, из них МТЛБ и БМП – по четыре единицы, и два грузовых автомобиля с боеприпасами. Подразделения ВСУ проводят мероприятия по укреплению позиций вдоль линии соприкосновения, в том числе в зоне ответственности 10-й бригады ВСУ, в районе населенного пункта Катериновка», — рассказал Андрей Марочко.
