Несоблюдение Украиной достигнутых ранее договоренностей заводит обсуждение вопросов безопасности в тупик. Об этом сообщает источник на переговорах Трехсторонней Контактной группы в Минске.
«С начала действия «весеннего» перемирия трижды были обстреляны автомобильные колонны, перевозившие персонал Донецкой фильтровальной станции к месту работы, один военнослужащий ДНР погиб в результате снайперского огня, два жилых дома получили повреждения.
Все это последствия отсутствия приказов личному составу вооруженных сил Украины о необходимости придерживаться режима прекращения огня, продолжение провокационных действий со стороны Украины и блокирование процесса разведения сил и средств на третьем пилотном участке в Станице Луганской», — отметил Постоянный полномочный представитель ДНР в Минске Денис Пушилин.
Представители Республик напомнили украинской стороне о необходимости опубликования приказов о соблюдении режима прекращения огня, а также разработке и применению дисциплинарных мер к нарушителям.
«Прицельный обстрел рабочего транспорта и сотрудников ДФС ни что иное, как целенаправленная провокация украинской стороны и циничный акт агрессии против народа Донбасса. Остановка фильтровальной станции грозит критической ситуацией с водоснабжением для более полумиллиона получателей», — сказал Денис Пушилин.
Полпред ДНР также обратился к представителям ОБСЕ с просьбой оказать содействие в обеспечении безопасности сотрудников станции.

The representatives of the Republics reminded the Ukrainian side of the need to publish orders on the observance of the ceasefire, as well as the development and application of disciplinary measures against the violators.
“The targeted attack on the work transport and DFS workers is nothing but a purposeful provocation of the Ukrainian side and a cynical act of aggression against the people of Donbass. Shutdown of the filter station threatens a critical situation with water supply to more than half a million consumers,” Denis Pushilin said.
The DPR envoy also appealed to OSCE representatives with a request to assist in ensuring the safety of the station’s staff.
