Исполняющая обязанности министра иностранных дел ДНР Наталья Никонорова прокомментировала итоги заседания политической группы по урегулированию ситуации в Донбассе, которое прошло 14 марта в Минске.
«Несмотря на имеющиеся условия для скорейшего разрешения конфликта, представители Киева прилагают все усилия для достижения обратного результата – максимального затягивания переговорного процесса и конфликта в Донбассе.
На сегодняшнем заседании в очередной раз подтвердилось, что без согласования «формулы Штайнмайера» и без понимания, когда полноценно вступит в силу закон об особом статусе Донбасса, двигаться вперед по другим политическим вопросам не представляется возможным. В частности, при попытке обсудить амнистию основным вопросом стали именно временные рамки этого процесса. Ссылка на амнистию и недопущение преследования содержится в принятом, но не действующем законе об особом статусе.
Продолжение политики игнорирования объективно необходимых и закрепленных в определенном порядке Комплексом мер действий ведет лишь к отдалению перспектив урегулирования конфликта. Только совместная работа по согласованной повестке дня и добросовестное отношение Киева к переговорам смогут вывести сегодняшнюю переговорную ситуацию из стагнации и стать основой для подвижек в достижении долгосрочного и основательного мира в Донбассе», — отметила Наталья Никонорова.

“Despite the existing conditions for an early settlement of the conflict, Kiev representatives make every effort to achieve the opposite result — the maximum delay in the negotiation process and the conflict in Donbass.
At today’s meeting it was once again confirmed that without agreeing on “Steinmeier’s formula” and without understanding when the law on the special status of Donbass will fully come into force, it is not possible to move forward on other political issues. In particular, when trying to discuss the amnesty, the main issue was precisely the time frame of this process. The reference to the amnesty and the prohibition of prosecution is contained in the special status law that has been adopted, but has not come into effect.
Continuing the policy of ignoring objectively necessary actions enshrined in a certain order by the Complex of Measures only leads to a postponement of the prospects for the settlement of the conflict. Only joint work on the agreed agenda and Kiev’s conscientious attitude to the talks will be able to bring the current negotiating situation out of stagnation and become the basis of progress in achieving a long-term and persistent peace in Donbass,” Natalia Nikonorova noted.
