По итогам пятого заседания комиссии «Фонда Единый Донбасс» было рассмотрено 409 обращений от граждан, попавших в трудную жизненную ситуацию. Об этом рассказал сегодня, 20 марта, руководитель фонда Олег Балыкин на брифинге в Донецке.
«Комиссией принято 207 положительных решений на общую сумму 7 787 000 рублей, 202 заявления отклонены ввиду невозможности установления тяжести жизненной ситуации по предоставленным документам.
Выплаты по пятому протоколу начнутся после окончательной обработки данных и уточнения с ГП «Почта Донбасса» адресов отделений почты, на которых заявителям, получившим положительные решения, будет удобно забрать единовременную материальную помощь», — сообщил руководитель ОО «Фонд Единый Донбасс» Олег Балыкин.
Он также обратил внимание заявителей на несоответствие предоставленных комплектов документов при описании и подтверждении трудной жизненной ситуации. Тем не менее, фонд сохраняет право на повторное обращение и возможность досылки документов от этих заявителей.
«С целью коммуникации и взаимодействия с заявителями просим указывать мессенджеры, в которых они находятся (Viber, Telegram). Это позволит оперативно оповестить о стадии рассмотрения документов», — добавил Балыкин.
Отметим, что общественная организация «Фонд Единый Донбасс» за год работы рассмотрела 6063 заявлений, из которых одобрено 2403 на общую сумму 76 459 440 рублей. По состоянию на 19 марта по всем протоколам, одобренным комиссией Фонда в 2017-2018 году, осуществлено 1939 выплат на общую сумму 59 136 740 рублей.
Following on from the results of the fifth session of the United Donbass Foundation’s commission, 409 appeals from citizens who have ended up in a difficult life situation have been considered. Head of the fund Oleg Balykin told that at today’s briefing in Donetsk on March 20th.
“The commission has adopted 207 favorable decisions for a total of 7,787,000 rubles, 202 applications have been denied due to the impossibility of establishing the seriousness of the life situation from the documents provided.
Payments under the fifth protocol will begin after the final processing of the data and clarification of the addresses of post offices with the Pochta Donbassa SE where the applicants who have received favorable decisions will be able to conveniently get their one-off financial assistance,” head of the United Donbass Foundation Oleg Balykin told.
He also drew the attention of the applicants to the inconsistency of the provided sets of documents in describing and confirming their difficult life situation. Nevertheless, the fund retains the right to re-appeal and the possibility to complete the sending of these applicants’ documents.
“For the purpose of communication and interaction with applicants, please indicate the messengers that they use (Viber, Telegram). This will promptly notify the stage of consideration of documents,” Balykin added.
It is noteworthy that the United Donbass Foundation public organization for the year of work has reviewed 6,063 applications, of which 2,403 have been approved for a total of 76,459,440 rubles. As of March 19th, 1,939 payments for a total of 59,136,740 rubles have been made under all the protocols approved by the fund’s commission in 2017 and 2018.
