ГП «Республиканский оператор связи «Феникс» стабилизировало сеть на 90%. Техническими специалистами были проведены масштабные работы по строительству и запуску дополнительных базовых станций сотовой связи, а также увеличению емкости сети. В результате этого оператор улучшил качество связи как в центральных городах, так и в отдаленных районах Донецкой Народной Республики.
Как сообщает пресс-служба ГП «РОС «Феникс», работы по стабилизации сети прошли по всей Республике. В южном направлении — Оленовка, Докучаевск, Старобешево, Тельманово, Новоазовск. В Донецке было дополнительно запущено около 150 базовых станций, что обеспечило увеличение емкости сети в 2,5 раза. Макеевка и Харцызск были полностью переведены на новое оборудование, за счет которого емкость сети возросла в 4 раза. В Горловке специалистами компании «Феникс» добавлено 30 базовых станций сотовой связи, что существенно повысило пропускную способность и уменьшило количество блокировки вызовов. В Енакиево планируется запустить еще 15 базовых станций в течение нескольких недель.
Техническими специалистами ГП «РОС» было запущено дополнительно 4 базовые станции. В ходе проведенных работ и расширения существующих базовых станций емкость сети в Шахтерске увеличена в 1,5 раза.
На сегодняшний день средний процент блокировки вызова (сбой соединения) по Республике сократился до 14,247%, а в центре Донецка он не превышает и 5%. Для сравнения: на 20 февраля процент сбоев по ДНР составлял 30,85%.
За счет внедрения нового коммутатора и внедрения новых алгоритмов кодирования голоса удалось получить качество голоса в сетях второго поколения (2G) на уровне сетей третьего поколения (3G).
По словам директора ГП «РОС» Андрея Рудниченко, компания «Феникс» стремится к тому, чтобы оказывать качественные услуги связи жителям Донецкой Народной Республики.
«За период работ по расширению сети специалисты компании «Феникс» провели замеры во всех районах Республики, измерительный комплекс проехал суммарно более 5 000 километров, чтобы проверить и оптимизировать работу всех элементов сети.
По результатам проведенных работ удалось оптимизировать параметры работы оборудования и полную реконфигурацию сети, внедрить новые функциональности. Это в целом повысило эффективность работы каждого элемента, а также улучшило качество предоставляемых сервисов и работу оборудования абонентов с учетом их неуклонного роста в сети «Феникс», — рассказал Андрей Рудниченко.

According to the press service of the Republic Communications Provider Phoenix SE, works on stabilization of the network passed across the Republic. In the south direction – Yelenovka, Dokuchaevsk, Starobeshevo, Telmanovo, Novoazovsk. In Donetsk, about 150 base stations were additionally launched, which provided an increase in the capacity of the network by 2.5 times. Makeyevka and Khartsyzsk were completely transferred to new equipment, due to which the capacity of the network increased 4-fold. In Gorlovka, Phoenix specialists added 30 base stations of cellular communication, which significantly increased throughput and reduced the number of call blocking. It is planned to launch 15 base stations in Yenakiyevo in a few weeks.
The technical specialists of the Republic Communications Provider SE launched an additional 4 base stations. In the course of the work carried out and the expansion of existing base stations, the capacity of the network in Shakhtersk has increased by 1.5 times.
To date, the average percentage of call blocking (connection failure) in the Republic has dropped to 14.247%, and in the center of Donetsk it does not exceed 5%. For comparison: as of February 20th, the percentage of failures in the DPR was 30.85%.
Due to the introduction of the new switch and the introduction of new voice coding algorithms, it was possible to obtain voice quality of the second generation (2G) networks at the level of third generation networks (3G).
According to the director of the Republic Communications Provider SE Andrey Rudnichenko, the Phoenix company strives to provide high-quality communication services to residents of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
“During the expansion of the network, Phoenix specialists conducted measurements in all areas of the Republic, the measuring system went over 5,000 kilometers in total to check and optimize the operation of all elements of the network.
Based on the results of the performed work, it was possible to optimize the parameters of the equipment operation and complete reconfiguration of the network, introduce new functionality. In general, this increased the efficiency of each element, and also improved the quality of services provided and the operation of subscriber equipment, taking into account steady growth of their number on the Phoenix network,” Andrei Rudnichenko told.
