Выставка западноевропейской живописи XVI-XIX веков открылась сегодня, 22 марта, в Донецком республиканском художественном музее. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, экспозиция включает более 60 работ художников из Италии, Голландии, Германии, Франции и Австрии.
На торжественном открытии выставки присутствовала заместитель Председателя Народного Совета Ольга Макеева. «Несомненно, это большое событие как для самого музея, так и для культурной жизни Республики в целом. Вниманию донецкого зрителя представлены картины западноевропейских художников XVI-XIX веков. Кроме того, очень важно, что многие из этих картин экспонируются впервые. И мы должны поблагодарить коллектив музея за ежедневный созидательный труд, благодаря которому картины были сохранены», – отметила вице-спикер.
Большая часть из представленных полотен была передана в 60-х годах Государственным Эрмитажем и Государственным музеем изобразительных искусств им. А. С. Пушкина. Открытие экспозиции сопровождалось выступлением артистов Донецкого государственного академического музыкально-драматического театра.
«Нам захотелось сделать праздник и оживить работы, которые не являются ядром нашей коллекции. Сегодня вы видите, насколько мы хранили и берегли эти картины, можете оценить работу наших реставраторов. И, конечно же, мы хотели показать зрителю что-то новое. В последнее время мы ушли от формата постоянной экспозиции, что очень важно для музея. И мы хотим показывать все больше и больше работ из коллекции», – подытожила директор Донецкого худмузея Надежда Анищенко.
The exhibition of West-European painting of the 16th-19th centuries opened up today, on March 22th, at the Donetsk Republic Art Museum. According to a correspondent of the DPR official website, the exhibition includes over 60 works by artists from Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, France and Austria.
The opening ceremony of the exhibition was attended by Deputy Chairperson of the People’s Council Olga Makeyeva. “Undoubtedly, this is a great event for the museum itself and for the cultural life of the Republic in general. The attention of the Donetsk viewer is presented by paintings of West-European artists of the 16th-19th centuries. In addition, it is very important that many of these paintings are exhibited for the first time. And we must thank the staff of the museum for their daily creative work, because of which the paintings have been preserved,” the Vice-Speaker noted.
Most of the presented paintings were transferred in the 60s by the State Hermitage and the State Museum of Visual Arts named after A. S. Pushkin. The opening of the exhibition was accompanied by the performance of actors of the Donetsk State Academic Music and Drama Theater.
“We wanted to make a holiday and enliven the works that are not the core of our collection. Today you see how much we kept and protected these paintings; you can evaluate the work of our restorers. And, of course, we wanted to show the viewer something new. Recently, we left the format of permanent exhibition, which is very important to the museum. And we want to show more and more works from the collection,” director of Donetsk Art Museum Nadezhda Anishchenko summed up.
