Эта ужасающая трагедия до глубины души потрясла всех нас. Гибель людей, особенно детей – это всегда больно и страшно. Жители Донецкой Народной Республики скорбят вместе с вами. За годы военного конфликта каждый из нас всем сердцем прочувствовал, что значит терять родных и близких. И мы очень хорошо понимаем, как тяжело приходится вам после этих страшных событий.

On behalf of all residents of the Donetsk People’s Republic and on my own behalf I express my sincere condolences to the families and relatives of those who perished in the fire at the shopping mall in the city of Kemerovo.
This horrific tragedy shocked all of us to the bottom of our hearts. The deaths of people, especially children, are always painful and scary. Residents of the Donetsk People’s Republic are mourning with you. During the years of the armed conflict, each of us felt wholeheartedly what it meant to lose your friends and families. And we are very much aware of how it was tough on you after these terrible accidents.
Those who perished shall stay in our memories forever.
